This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this page or buy The Money Pit Prevention Kit, and what we do with it.
Who we are
This page is operated by Ray Dellinger, trading from Ohio, United States. You can reach us at moneypitproof@proton.me, which is the fastest way to get a reply. A postal address is available on request.
What we collect
- Purchase information. When you buy, our payment processor (Gumroad) collects your name, email address and payment details. We receive your name and email; we do not receive or store your full card details.
- Usage data. We run no analytics on this page: no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no third-party tracker. Our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, and page requested) as part of serving the site.
How we use it

- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run this business — Gumroad, which processes payments and delivers the files, and Netlify, which hosts this page.
Your choices
We do not run a mailing list, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to moneypitproof@proton.me. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we will honor those requests. Purchase records held by Gumroad are also subject to their privacy policy.
Cookies and local storage
This page sets no cookies. It stores two small values in your browser's local storage: whether you have dismissed the mobile bar, and whether you have already seen the leaving message, so that neither is shown to you twice. Both stay on your device, are never sent to us, and can be cleared at any time in your browser settings.
Retention
We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. We hold no mailing list and no other personal data.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
