Version A — if you offer a guarantee

30-Day Buyer Confidence Guarantee. If you go through the kit and decide it isn't useful for your home-buying process, email [INSERT CONTACT EMAIL] within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to justify the request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within [INSERT NUMBER] business days.

Version B — if you do not offer a guarantee

Because the kit is a digital product delivered immediately in full, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Please read the product description and the sample pages on the main page before buying, and email [INSERT CONTACT EMAIL] with any questions first — we would rather answer a question than take a sale you regret.

Problems with access

If you paid and did not receive access, or the files will not open, contact [INSERT CONTACT EMAIL] and we will fix it. That is a support issue, not a refund issue, and we will sort it out either way.
