14-day money-back guarantee. If the kit isn't useful for your home-buying process, you get your money back. No form, and no reason required.
How to ask for a refund
Email moneypitproof@proton.me within 14 days of buying, from the address you used at checkout, and say you would like a refund. That is the whole process. You do not need to explain why, and we will not try to talk you out of it.
Refunds are issued by Gumroad to your original payment method. They usually appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank. If you bought through Gumroad you can also request the refund from your Gumroad receipt directly.
What you keep
The files are yours to download the moment you buy, and we do not ask you to delete them or prove that you have. That is deliberate: we would rather trust people than build a policy around the few who abuse it. The same terms apply whether you ask on the first day or the fourteenth.
After 14 days
The guarantee window closes 14 days after purchase. After that we cannot offer a refund, because the product is delivered in full and immediately. If you are unsure, use the window — that is what it is for.
Problems with access
If you paid and did not receive access, or a file will not open, contact moneypitproof@proton.me and we will fix it. That is a support issue rather than a refund issue, and we will sort it out either way — it does not use up your guarantee window.
