What you are buying
The Money Pit Prevention Kit is a digital product: a web-based document, a print-ready PDF, and a set of printable worksheets. Access is delivered immediately after payment. Nothing is shipped.
License
Your purchase licenses the kit for the personal use of one household. You may print it for your own use. You may not resell it, redistribute it, publish it, or share it publicly. All content remains the property of Ray Dellinger.
Educational material only — no professional relationship
The kit is educational and informational. It is not a home inspection, engineering evaluation, appraisal, survey, environmental assessment, repair estimate, legal advice or financial advice, and it does not create any professional or advisory relationship between you and Ray Dellinger or Ray Dellinger.
Ray Dellinger worked as a home inspector from 1992 to 2023. He retired in 2023 and deliberately allowed his professional licenses to lapse. He is not currently licensed and is not available for inspections.
